Good with salads and fried mackerel.
(fish, juice, lemon, lime, Peppers, Sauce, sugar, vinegar)
6 tablespoons fish sauce6 tablespoons lemon or lime juice, or vinegar4 tablespoons fine sugar3 serrano or other hot peppers seeded and finely diced
Combine all ingredients.Place in clean jar in refrigerator for at least a day for the flavors to combine.
