(bagettes, butter, capers, celery, cheddar cheese, lettuce, mayonnaise, parsley, pepper, salt, tomato, Tuna)
1 large can of Tuna (14 oz) 1 cup mayonnaise 1 cup pickles, diced 1 large tomato, diced 1 cup chopped Parsley, or 1 tbsp dried, small amount reserved for garnish 1 teaspoon (heaping) capers 1 cup celery (chopped) 4 wheat rolls, or submarine rolls, or bagettes Softened butter. 1/4 lb cheddar cheese 1 large tomato, sliced 8 lettuce leaves Salt, to taste Pepper, to taste
Directions
Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl and mix, season to taste. Slice and butter bread. Layer cheese, mix, tomato and lettuce on bread, season to taste, and cover with 2nd piece of bread. Serve.
