Directions
Mix softened butter with garlic paste, Pat butter on to top of fish big chunks ok, then place in sous vide bag.Put lemon slices on top of butter/bottom of bag.Stuff fish cavity with rosemary, celery, leek and dill.Seal bag.Sous vide in large pot of water at 160 degrees for at least 40 minutes up to 2 hours.Cut open bag and serve with lemon slice and over rice.
